Skills Coach – Level 7 Senior Women in Leadership Apprenticeships Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + £4,800 per annum car allowance

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Skills Coach to deliver and support learners on the Level 7 Senior Women in Leadership Apprenticeship programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing training provider, rated “Good” by Ofsted, dedicated to high-quality apprenticeship delivery and the development of future senior leaders. The organisation has doubled in size over the last 18 months and continues to expand at a healthy pace.
Key Responsibilities of the Level 7 Senior Leader Skills Coach:- Deliver high-quality coaching and guidance to apprentices on the Level 7 Women in Leadership standard.
- Support learners in developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to meet apprenticeship standards.
- Prepare apprentices for End-Point Assessment (EPA) through tailored learning plans, constructive feedback, and regular progress reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress, ensuring compliance with ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
- Provide a positive, engaging, and motivating learning experience to help apprentices achieve their full potential.
- Participate in workshops and be flexible to visit learners on-site as required.
Requirements of the Level 7 Senior Leader Skills Coach: - Proven experience in coaching, training, or mentoring at senior or leadership level.
- Strong knowledge of Level 7 Senior Leader apprenticeships or similar higher-level programmes.
- Vocational competence in Senior Leadership.
- Relevant teaching, assessing, or coaching qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA, AET, Assessor Coach L4, or equivalent).
- Level 5 or above in Management/Senior Leadership; Level 7 in Senior Leadership is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong learner relationships.
- A passion for supporting learner development and achieving high success rates.
- Flexibility to travel as and when required- full expenses paid from home
