Apprenticeship Trainer / Skills Coach – HR / CIPD Apprenticeships
Location: Remote (with up to 4 in-person meetings per year in London or Manchester)
Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per annum
We are delighted to be working with a leading national Training Provider to recruit an experienced
Apprenticeship Trainer / Skills Coach to deliver HR and CIPD programmes.
These apprenticeships are designed for senior professionals in HR and people management, including:
- Head of HR / L&D / Organisational Design
- Employee Experience Manager
- Head of People Operations
- People / Change Manager
- Senior HR / L&D / OD Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training and coaching sessions remotely to senior HR professionals.
- Support apprentices throughout their learning journey, ensuring they achieve all standards and milestones.
- Adapt learning delivery to suit individual needs, learning styles, and organisational contexts.
- Monitor progress, assess performance, and provide clear, constructive feedback to drive improvement.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 (or above).
- Strong vocational background with significant experience in HR, People Management, or L&D at management level.
- Proven ability to engage, coach, and inspire senior professionals.
- Excellent organisational skills, with confidence in managing remote delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse learner groups.
- Hold a recognised Teaching and/or Assessing qualification and have experience delivering Apprenticeship Standards in HR or Coaching.
