The RoleAs
Curriculum Quality Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving quality assurance across the organisation. You’ll have a passion for continuously monitoring and improving standards, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements, and supporting curriculum development to enhance the learner experience.
Key responsibilities include- Leading QA activities aligned to Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework
- Managing and developing the SAR and QIP
- Working closely with Awarding Bodies and internal teams to maintain high standards
- Supporting QAR performance through data analysis and improvement planning
- Leading curriculum reviews and resource enhancements
- Taking ownership of the Matrix accreditation process
- Occasional travel to other office locations to collaborate with colleagues
- Overseeing complaints, appeals and learner feedback processes
What we’re looking for- Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance within FE or apprenticeships
- Strong working knowledge of apprenticeship standards and ESFA funding rules
- Confident in preparing for and contributing to Ofsted inspections (Nominee experience is a bonus)
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in Early Years education is highly desirable
- Hybrid working model
