They are dedicated to empowering individuals with the practical skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen careers. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Delivery Manager to join the team. As a deliver manager in the employability sector, you will oversee the day to day delivery and be in charge of managing a team of staff. This position does require use of Excel so the ideal candidate would be an advanced user with a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for effective delivery of programs.
- Manage and support a team of coaches and tutors including setting and monitoring KPIs.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and progression of learners.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners.
- Identify opportunities for program improvement and innovation.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the welfare and safety of all learners within the program.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Prior experience in managing or supervising a team, including setting and monitoring KPIs.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and packages knowledge with strong compliance skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when working with diverse groups of learners.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- An understanding of and commitment to promoting equality and diversity.
