Salary: Circa £30,000

Role Overview:The Production Team Leader will lead, train, and motivate a team to meet key performance targets, ensuring top-tier quality control and customer satisfaction.
This role involves managing daily operations, tracking KPIs, and achieving budgetary goals while maintaining a safe, hygienic work environment.
The Production Team Leader will report to the Production Manager and may deputise for both the PM and Operations Manager as needed, offering valuable exposure to broader operational management.
