Job Role – Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, including commercial and residential properties, as well as excellent supervisory and project management skills. This role also involves administrative tasks, so strong IT and organisational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks on both commercial and residential properties.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects.
• Assist in project management, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities.
• Assist with office-based tasks, including generating purchase orders, project administration, and updating databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve building maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in building maintenance.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in IT and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Residential property maintenance experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday 40 Hrs 08:30 to 17:00 
Work Location: Forest of Dean, with some travel to South Wales and Bristol.
