IT Support Analyst Location: Cheshire (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Assist clients with Active Directory management, including user and group administration, Group Policies, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and support Office365 accounts, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain DNS and DHCP settings.
- Troubleshoot and support Azure-based services and infrastructure.
- Document support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to 2nd line support or relevant teams as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in a 1st line support role or similar technical support position.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, Office365, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with Azure services and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
