Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets? We’re looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a busy store in Hornsey, helping customers every day while contributing to the smooth running of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers face-to-face and over the phone, providing advice and selling products and services
- Maximise every sales opportunity to meet and exceed targets
- Complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised store environment
- Take responsibility for lone working and key holder duties when required
- Operate forklifts where applicable and support general store tasks
- Clear and confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Self-disciplined, detail-focused, and adaptable to team or lone working
- Motivated to learn about products and services and to provide excellent customer experiences
- Comfortable with physical aspects of the role, including store rounds and occasional forklifting
- Competitive salary of £27,053
