Electronics Engineer – PCB Specialist
High Wycombe
£35,000 – £50,000
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Are you passionate about electronic design and ready to bring innovative ideas to life? We're looking for a skilled Electronics Engineer with solid PCB design experience to join our growing team in High Wycombe.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing and developing PCBs and electronic circuits for both new and existing products
- Selecting the right components and ensuring full compliance with EMC and LVD regulations
- Running in-depth product testing, fault finding, and performance analysis
- Creating test specifications, wiring diagrams, and detailed documentation
- Working closely with engineers, software developers, and product managers
- Supporting manufacturers to ensure everything meets the highest standards
- Providing internal technical support and knowledge sharing across teams
- 3–5 years' experience in electronics design and development
- Strong, hands-on PCB design skills – layout, schematics, and testing
- Familiarity with EMC/LVD standards
- Confident using PCB design tools (e.g. Altium, KiCad, etc.)
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- A team player with great communication skills
- Experience with lighting control systems is a bonus
- Competitive salary: £35,000 – £50,000
