Employee Relations Manager - 9 month FTC
London - 5 days a week in office
£110,000 - £130,000 plus completion bonus

Middlemore are currently working with a leading financial services business to hire an Employee Relations Manager. This a 9-month fixed-term contract and will require someone to work in their London office 5 days per week.

Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading on complex and high-risk employee relations matters across the organisation, supporting employees primarily located in the UK and Ireland. The business provide a high-touch HR service and due to the recent increase in complex ER cases, they are now looking for someone to provide high-impact expertise. You will have support from external counsel when required, but will be the internal SME for the business.

You will be an experienced ER Specialist with significant experience working within Financial Services. You will have had previous experience working with both UK and Irish employment law.
