Are you ready to lead and inspire a high-performing purchasing team within a global organisation?

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchasing Manager to join a global leader operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee all purchasing operations, manage an established team, and ensure procurement excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and develop a team of 5, fostering growth and collaboration.
Manage all current purchasing requirements, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Drive strategic initiatives and streamline processes to achieve business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

A proven track record in purchasing management within a busy, high-volume setting.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
Automotive background is highly desirable. 
Desirable experience with AS400 and Power BI.
A CIPS qualification or equivalent management credentials (preferred).
