We are working with a leading training provider specialising in high-quality apprenticeship programmes. They pride themselves on delivering an exceptional learning experience that combines practical skills with industry insights. They are now seeking an experienced Management Trainer to support their learners on their journey to becoming effective leaders.

Management Trainer
Hebburn based with frequent travel to client's sites
Permanent, full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training for Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor, Level 5 Coaching Professional, and Level 5 Management apprenticeship standards.
• Design and implement structured lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual learners, ensuring compliance with curriculum standards.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions, guiding apprentices in developing leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• Conduct regular assessments to track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
• Stay updated with best practices and industry standards, incorporating innovative methods to enrich the learning experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in delivering management and leadership training at Levels 3 and 5, preferably in an apprenticeship or work-based learning environment.
• Relevant qualifications in management, coaching, or a related field (e.g., ILM, CMI certifications).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others succeed.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple learners and their needs simultaneously.
• Hold a full teaching qualification: PGCE, PCET, DTLLS desirable
• Recognised Assessor award: A1, TAQA or CAVA
