Surveyor

Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector client to recruit for a Chartered Surveyor on a temporary basis.

Role – Chartered Surveyor
Location – Edinburgh
Hours – 36 hours per week, Mon – Fri
Rate of Pay - £24.50 to £29.00 per hour, depending on experience
Start date – asap
Duration – 6 months with possible extension

Please note that this role requires a minimum of 1 day working in the office per week and site visits across the city. 

The successful candidate will be joining an established team to carry out, but not be limited to:

• Undertaking property inspections to assess condition, compliance and occupation status
• Carrying out valuations for acquisitions
• Providing reports to stakeholders on the properties assessed
• Making recommendations to stakeholders
• Working collaboratively with various departments regarding acquisitions
• Contributing to team activities
• Any other tasks as required

You should be a RICS Chartered Surveyor with previous experience of valuation and inspections.
