Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our public sector client based in various locations across Edinburgh.
Role: Administrator
Location: Various locations across Edinburgh (possible hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office)
Duration: Temporary role, on an ongoing basis
Pay: £13.48 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
The role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Cash handling
- Data entry
- Managing a mailbox
- Responding to queries by email and through online systems
- Processing applications
- Requesting documentation
- Updating spreadsheets
- Issuing letters / documents
- Any other tasks as required
Basic Disclosure at a cost of £25 will be required.
