Stock Controller

Stock ControllerPertemps Crewe are excited to present an opportunity to work for a well-established family run business. The company, based in Chelford, has been building on its customer relationships in the agriculture industry for almost 50 years - with their ever-growing success they are looking for a Stock Controller to join the team.About you:As a Stock Controller you will be organised, diligent and take responsibility for all Goods-in for the business. You will have experience handling and managing stock, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Stock Controller Duties Include:

• Be the key contact for all deliveries arriving on site.
• Unpack goods and cross check against delivery paperwork.
• Use SAP to receipt goods into stock and distribute to the relevant departments.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding discrepancies and follow the process through to resolve any issues.
• Perform stock checks on goods already within the business and adjust where necessary and appropriate.
• There will be a physical element to this role moving large goods and boxes. 

Requirements for the right Stock Controller:

• Previous experience using SAP preferred but not essential.
• Good communication skills to liaise with all departments and suppliers. 
• Show organisation skills to ensure accuracy of stock throughout the business.
• Previously performed stock check procedures although full training will be given.
