Job Description
Pertemps have an immediate opportunity for a Night Worker / Order Picker to join our clients busy and fast paced warehouse operation based in Middlewich.
Main duties of this Night Shift Order Picker – Reach Truck Driver role:
- Operating Reach Truck and/or HLOP trucks to pick orders
- Picking stock accurately and efficiently to fulfil customer orders
- Working to productivity targets
- General warehouse duties, including stock replenishment and housekeeping
- Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times
- Working collaboratively as part of a team
- Valid Reach Truck FLT licence – essential
- Ideally also hold a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP) licence – but training/conversion can be provided if needed
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow health & safety procedures
- Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday 22:00 – 06:00
- £13.33 per hour (standard rate)
- Overtime (after 37.5 hrs): £20.00 per hour (Time & a Half)
- Sundays: £26.66 per hour (Double Time)
- Location: Middlewich, Cheshire
- Temp to perm position for the right candidate
