HGV1 Driver Required
 
Our national client who have numerous sites throughout the UK, Are seeking professional and reliable HGV1 Drivers for both AM and PM shifts, based out of their highly impressive site in Knowsley
 
Your duties as a HGV1 Driver
 

• Start times vary between 0700 and 1000 on the AM shifts and between 2100 and 2200 on the PM shift
• Driving a curtain sided vehicle
• Nationwide trunking (Max 2 drops) up as far as Carlisle and as far south as Worcester
• No handball at all apart from a vary rare occasion where a pump truck will be required
• Working on a 4 on 2 off rota basis

The hourly rate for the AM shift is £18.00 per hour and the PM shift is £20.00 per hour - Each of these rates are PAYE so you will also have access to the usual PAYE benefits

My client is willing to offer a permanent position after a brief trial period (PM shift only) however the temp to perm rate after going permanent is lower than the temp rate however you do receive a permanent contract subject to terms
