Day shift: Mon-Thurs 07:30-16:30, Fri 07:30-12:30
£14.12 - £15.39 per hour

Opportunity for an experienced Press Setter / Operator to join an Alcester based Manufacturing business on a permanent basis.
The role:
- Set up and operate presses in line with procedures and job card instructions
- Adjust and control press parameters (tool shut height, stroke, tonnage, dwell, lubrication)
- Use air tools, hand tools and measuring equipment safely
- Carry out in-process inspections to ensure components meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate WIP records in the MRP system
- Support root cause analysis, continuous improvement and 5S activities
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years' experience in aerospace, engineering, manufacturing or machine setting/operating
- Familiar with a range of presses and quality/manufacturing standards
- Self-motivated, disciplined and detail focused
- A positive, "can do" attitude with strong teamwork skill
- Willing to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
