Location: Bromsgrove
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 4:00pm | Friday, 7:30am - 3:00pm
Pay: £16 - £18 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Coded MIG Welder, with a strong background in pipe welding, to join our team in Bromsgrove. This is a full-time, permanent position offering consistent hours and competitive pay in a clean and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-quality MIG welding on pipework to coded standards
- Interpret technical drawings and work to precise specifications
- Ensure all welds meet safety and quality standards
- Perform routine checks and maintain welding equipment
- Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines
- Valid welding coding (preferably in MIG pipe welding)
- Proven experience in pipe welding, particularly using the MIG process
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Competitive hourly pay (£16-£18 per hour)
- Early finish on Fridays
- Steady working hours with no shift work
