Hourly Rate: £14.00 – £16.50 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Immediate Start Available
We are currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our established manufacturing team based in Redditch. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled welder to work on a variety of projects involving aluminium and steel fabrication, with competitive pay and an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- TIG welding of aluminium and mild/stainless steel components
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet production targets
- Carrying out checks and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in TIG welding (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong ability to work with both aluminium and steel
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
- Own transport preferred due to location
