Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts

We’re currently seeking a proactive and dependable Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established team based in Redditch. This role would suit someone with experience in manual or production work who enjoys problem-solving and has a keen interest in engineering or mechanics.

The Role:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
•  
• Manual assembly and handling of components
•  
• Carrying out basic fault-finding and adjustments
•  
• Performing quality checks on finished products
•  
• Supporting engineers and team leaders to maintain efficient workflow
•  
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
•  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing 
•  
• Confident using hand tools and machinery
•  
• Mechanically/engineering minded – quick to grasp technical tasks
•  
• Strong attention to detail and a good attitude towards work
•  
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
•  
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
