Opportunity to join a Redditch-based school in a School Caretaker / General Maintenance capacity. This person must have an enhanced DBS check.
To be successful in this School Caretaker position, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate
- Experience in building maintenance/handy work
- Comfortable in carrying out 'fire regulation checks'
- Able to communicate with on-site contractors
- Supervise & delegate cleaning duties
