Job Description
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:55 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday, 7:55 AM – 4:00 PM
We are currently seeking a skilled Assembler & Solderer to join our team in Bromsgrove. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and experience working with small parts in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling and soldering small components to a high standard
- Following technical instructions and assembly diagrams
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
- Previous experience in assembly and soldering (preferred but not essential)
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Friendly and supportive work environment
- Early finish on Fridays
