Job Description
Location: Alcester
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Full-time
We are seeking hardworking General Labourers to join our team at a busy production plant in Alcester. This is a physically demanding role that involves heavy lifting and requires a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks throughout the shift.
- Supporting the production process by loading and unloading materials.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the work area.
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy loads regularly.
- Comfortable working in a labour-intensive environment.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in a factory or warehouse is beneficial but not essential.
