Job Description
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday to Thursday)
6:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Friday)
Potential overtime on Saturdays
Are you a skilled, hands-on individual looking for a stable role in a growing timber company? We are currently seeking a Production Operative / Assembler to join our team in Redditch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling timber panels and products following specifications
- Using hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Experience using tools (preferred)
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently within a team
- Previous experience in a production or assembly role is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Overtime available on Saturdays
