The successful candidate will be responsible for polishing metal surfaces to a high standard, focusing on both mirror and brushed finishes. This position requires someone with experience in dressing welds and working with parts for the aerospace or automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Polishing metal components to mirror or brushed finishes according to client specifications.
• Dressing welds to ensure smooth and seamless finishes.
• Working on high-precision parts for the aerospace and automotive industries.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and finishing specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in polishing, with a background in either the automotive or aerospace sectors.
• Expertise in both mirror and brushed finishes.
• Experience in dressing welds to a high standard.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
