This role will be based at our head office in Frimley, reporting directly to the Concessions BDM.
We are seeking driven and enthusiastic telesales professionals to join our team and play a critical role in scoring sites for us. This role offers a competitive hourly rate plus an attractive commission structure, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive on achieving targets and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-volume cold calling to engage with site owners, present proposals, and arrange surveys.
- Secure sites by closing leads after surveys have been completed.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and obtain necessary approvals for projects.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including outreach and follow-ups across various locations.
- Maintain a high level of productivity by meeting and exceeding weekly targets for securing sites.
- Display resilience and adaptability when handling objections or rejections, maintaining a proactive approach to the next opportunity.
Key Attributes- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls daily while keeping organized and efficient.
