Pertemps are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Recruitment Administrator. This role is based in Glasgow.

Your duties will include:- Attracting and sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, marketing, and headhunting
- Pre-screening and interviewing candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations
- Supporting the management of client requirements and matching suitable candidates to available roles
- Advising professional candidates on appropriate opportunities and potential career pathways
- Consulting with both candidates and clients to facilitate mutually beneficial introductions
- Providing administrative support, including CV formatting, email correspondence, and managing ongoing candidate communications
You will enjoy working in a people-facing role and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
