We’re looking for a
Supplier Administrator to join our team on a
temporary ongoing basis in East Kilbride. This role offers flexibility, hybrid working (after an initial 2–3 weeks in the office), and the chance to be part of a business with a clear mission.
The Role – In a Nutshell:
You’ll support our Supplier & Sourcing Managers with day-to-day administration and supplier relations, playing a key role in helping us grow and deliver outstanding service to both our suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Supplier & Sourcing Managers with supplier relations, helping to grow revenue and margin.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier contacts, promoting the benefits of working with us.
- Provide administrative support across the supplier & sourcing function.
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage and update the supplier portal, ensuring timely uploads and correct escalation.
- Handle supplier queries via phone and email, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
- Collaborate with other teams including Technical, Supply Chain, Finance & Price Governance.
What We’re Looking For:- Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Confident working with multiple systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and solution-focused.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work collaboratively across departments.
