I’m currently supporting a global company, in their search for a Marine Personnel Officer based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic entry point into the world of maritime HR and recruitment, ideal for someone who understands life at sea and is keen to support seafarers from the shore side.

- You’ll gain experience across recruitment, personnel coordination, logistics, and payroll—all essential HR functions within a dynamic global business.
- Acting as the first point of contact for crew-related queries.
- Coordinating crew appointments, travel, and employment documentation.
- Supporting payroll processing, compliance checks, and personnel record keeping.
- Working closely with clients, crew, and internal teams to ensure ships are manned with the right talent at the right time.
