Are you a senior HR professional looking for a new role? Our client is looking to hire a HR Operations manager to join their growing team. What wil I be doing? The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and personally delivering an excellent operational HR service to the Group. This is a broad role, and the HR Operations Manager will be responsible for hands‐on delivery as well as team management to deliver the responsibilities set out below and act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries.
- Lead the team, to ensure delivery of an excellent and accurate HR operations service to the group.
- Act as a role model for HR team, coaching and developing team members to ensure high performance and potential.
- Facilitate the development of operating procedures and service standards, ensuring constantly monitored to ensure high quality and consistent HR service delivery.
- Develop and implement new company policies.
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
- Manage and oversee the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Managing the administration of reward changes including promotions, salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives.
- Work with Head of HR on delivery of key projects.
- Oversee Health and Safety Activity is compliant with legislation.
- Own and develop HR reporting and analytics.
About you:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to different stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
- Proficient in HR software and systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Knowledge of Employment legislation and HR/ACAS Best Practice.
- Ability to take on and effectively manage projects in addition to day-to-day operations.
