Are you a HR Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client is looking for a HR manager based in Glasgow. They are offering the right candidate hybrid working (3 days in the office 2 at home) with a salary up to £54,000.
The ideal candidate will play an active part in the company strategies and goals. You will need to be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Nurture a positive working environment and culture.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
