Job Description
Main Duties:
- Support the Marketing and Communications Manager through the development and delivery of marketing and PR campaigns to promote the company and its services effectively across a range of external networks and communities.
- Lead on communication and content marketing initiatives, including email marketing and SEO strategies, to enhance the company’s online presence.
- Contribute to the development of the Marketing and PR strategy to promote the companies Brand.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to understand their unique communication needs and tailor messages and campaigns to effectively reach their specific audiences.
- Manage and monitor the company’s social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence that reflects the company’s values and engages with its community.
- Develop and distribute press releases and other media communications to promote the company’s events, initiatives, and achievements.
- Coordinate with external media and PR agencies to facilitate effective media coverage and public relations activities, ensuring the companies key messages are accurately and positively portrayed.
- Engage in effective internal communications, including managing and updating the company’s intranet to keep staff informed and engaged.
- Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, monitoring their success and adapting strategies for optimal engagement and reach.
