IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Description:
Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure manager looking for a new opportunity. We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure manager to join our client’s team. The right candidate will be reporting directly to the head of Technology and Digital, you’ll be leveraging your extensive technical skills and experience to keep our clients technology at the cutting edge. Our client is offering hybrid working based in Edinburgh (35 Hours a week). Salary up to £46k. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Organisational lead for infrastructure, with responsibility for all projects, processes, and technology in this area.
- Senior Technical expert to resolve infrastructure issues, providing, guidance, training, and support to the infrastructure team
- Responsible for all on-site and cloud infrastructure.
- Responsible for the management of all infrastructure hardware and software assets lifecycles 
- Ensure Cyber Security is the key consideration for all proposed projects and improvements 
- Support the Head of Technology & Digital to develop and implement on IT Infrastructure roadmap which ensures that the companies infrastructure is positioned to support and facilitate the ambition of the company and the network. 
- Deliver the agreed IT components of projects 

Essential Experience:
- Extensive experience dealing with the Microsoft server and technologies 
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration 
- Experience using Active Directory and Azure Active Directory 
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, WLAN,VPN, DNS, DHCP
- Powershell Scripting experience
