Job Title: Projects Manager
Salary: up to £54,500 DOE

They are currently seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their projects forward. You will be at the forefront of their engineering and grouting endeavours, overseeing a team who plan, execute, and deliver their most critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of skilled project engineers, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Supporting your team to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or feedback.

 
Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) / BEng (Hons) in Engineering or relevant experience.
• Proven experience managing engineering projects from inception to completion, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
