Location:Newcastle

Working Hours: 08:30- 3:30 
pay: £12.82 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Assist in the implementation of individual education and behavior plans.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and emotional development.
- Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH needs, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students' development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
