Contract: Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Warehouse Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced logistics operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to play a key role in supporting warehouse operations during the night shift.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team while also being able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing driver debriefs and accurately recording all relevant operational information
- Collating data and producing daily KPI and performance reports
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, dealing with customer and internal queries professionally
- Liaising with warehouse teams, drivers, and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Processing data and system updates accurately and within required timeframes
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date
- Supporting continuous improvement by ensuring processes are followed and updated where required
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working independently during night shifts
- Good communication skills across all levels
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word (desirable)
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or a fast-paced office environment (preferred but not essential)
