Job Description
Pertemps Reading are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer and EV Charging Technician to work with a Manufacturing company in the Reading area.
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Organise and complete service visits according to manufacturer’s recommendations
- Position, install and commission equipment at customer sites
- Provide technical support to colleagues and customers
- Advise Head Office of any sales opportunities during the course of duties
- Feedback quality issues to the office
To be considered for this Service Engineer role, you should possess the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Heath & Safety certification
- Customer accreditation (UKPN, National Grid, London Underground etc)
- Electrical. electronic fault finding
- Analytical problem solving
- Physical ability to do the job (manual handling)
