Job Description
Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 with 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
Salary £45000-£50000 DOE
Main duties:
- Providing Electrical/Mechanical support to all areas of manufacturing & their processes while always adhering to GMP standards.
- Support to achieve production output standards
- Maintain Production Machinery and spare parts
- Plan Preventative Maintenance(PPM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs
- Respond quickly to machine breakdowns
- Monitor machine performance
- Analyse & monitor breakdown frequencies
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and performance data
- Ensure safe systems of work are in place and adhered to
- Experience as a Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical)
- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical systems, including fault finding and machinery repair.
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Self-motivated, proactive
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
- City & Guilds, NVQ, or BTEC Level 3 in Electrical Maintenance or Installation preferred but not essential.

- H&S Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environment
