Production Operative
Location: Westbury
Salary: £12.21
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 | Friday: 08:00 – 14:30

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment in Westbury. This role involves supporting day-to-day production operations while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.
Key Responsibilities

Operating production machinery and equipment safely
Assembling products to required specifications
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
Packing and preparing goods for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Adhering to all health & safety procedures
Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Skills & Experience

Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Comfortable with manual work and standing for extended periods
