Warehouse Team LeaderLocation: OX10
Hours: 40 hours per week (07:00-3:30pm or 08:00-4:30pm)
Reports to: Logistic Manager
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring stock is stored, kitted, and recorded accurately in SAP. You’ll lead a small team, maintain high health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise, coordinate, and support a warehouse team.
- Enforce health & safety policies and promote best practice.
- Monitor storage, kitting, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate stock levels in SAP and ensure FIFO rotation.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with audits.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance against KPIs.
- Investigate and report discrepancies or damages in stock.
- Ensure kits are correctly allocated and processed in WJT systems.
- Train new team members and upskill existing staff.
- Liaise with procurement, production, composites, and other departments.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
- Support the team on the floor, including operating FLTs when needed.
- Undertake problem-solving tasks and other duties as directed by the Logistics Manager.
Requirements:- Warehouse/logistics experience, ideally in manufacturing.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- IT literate; SAP knowledge beneficial.
- GCSEs in English & Maths (or equivalent).
- Forklift licence preferred (training provided if needed).
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
