Job Description
Location: West Swindon
Salary : £12.50 per hour
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Start Date: ASAP start – until the first week of October
We’re looking for an organised and confident Admin Support professional to provide holiday cover in West Swindon.
What you’ll be doing:
- Contacting companies who have already inquired (warm calls only)
- Scheduling surveyors and coordinating appointments
- Booking in appointments
- Updating and maintaining CRM systems
- Speaking with customers and providing excellent support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using CRM systems
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Available to start immediately and commit until early October
