Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established local skip hire company. We’re looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the office and yard operations. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking part-time hours in a fast-paced but friendly environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Booking drivers in and out of daily jobs
- Scheduling collections and deliveries
- Tracking and updating skip hire locations
- Communicating with drivers throughout the day
- Handling client calls and booking enquiries
- Confident using phones and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must hold UK Driving Licence
- Is practical and hands-on with a can-do attitude
- Feels at ease around drivers and yard staff
