Key responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Updating customers on the progress of their claims and vehicle repairs
- Managing online insurance portals to keep claim information current
- Processing invoices and tracking policy excess payments
- Coordinating courtesy car arrangements
- Liaising with insurers regarding accident claims
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across all systems
What we’re looking for:- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within automotive, insurance, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Confident managing multiple systems and online portals
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
