Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £26,700 per annum
Location: Swindon
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 39.5 hours per week (Rotating shifts 2 weeks – earlies & lates)
- Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key responsibilities- Handling customer calls, scheduling, and prioritising work
- Managing diaries and booking appointments
- Taking payments and processing invoices
- Keeping customers informed of any delays or updates
- Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining records
- Creating and processing daily reports to meet deadlines
- Coordinating and supporting Field Support Engineers’ schedules
- Placing warranty and service calls for engineers
- Assisting sales teams in promoting products to customers
