Job Title: Administrator
Location:  Swindon
Contract: Temporary on going 
Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 - 16:00
Salary: £12.75

Swindon Pertemps are currently recruiting in the SN5 area for a dynamic Administrator to join our team and play a key role in selling motor parts. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and providing top-tier customer service. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, great communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • Processing orders and managing stock availability
  • Providing product information and assisting customers with their enquiries
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell motor parts
About the right candidate:
  • Previous experience in administration and sales
  • Confident in dealing with customers over the phone and via email
  • Experience in the motor industry is desirable
  • A proactive and positive approach to work – a real "can-do" attitude!
  • Ability to spot sales opportunities and convert leads into business
