Telemarketer

Swindon Pertemps are currently recruiting in the SN5 area for a Telemarketer to join a professional and friendly team. This is an ongoing temporary role, ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, resilience, and previous telemarketing experience. The role is within a supportive and structured environment, where you will engage with customers professionally without the pressure of a high-paced sales setting.

• Temporary work - Starting in April
• Up to £13ph
• Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Key responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. 
• Building strong customer relationships through professional and engaging conversations. 
• Handling objections effectively and providing excellent customer service. 
• Recording call outcomes and maintaining an accurate database. 
• Working collaboratively within a team to achieve goals.

About the right candidate:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is essential. 
• Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills. 
• Ability to remain resilient, motivated, and professional in conversations. 
• A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
