Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for a Service Project Manager in the SN3 Area. Join a growing company that put people first, this role involves leading teams to introduce new products, technologies, and updates to existing systems, based on company goals. You'll work with different departments (like sales, engineering, IT, supply chain, and manufacturing) to create and manage the project plan and ensure all tasks are completed.

Key responsibilities:- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects and tool upgrades.
- Develop and execute projects using industry best practices.
- Analyse completed projects to identify issues and bottlenecks.
- Work with project owners to define goals and success metrics.
- Manage project reporting using PPM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet objectives.
- Conduct status meetings to track progress and manage risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
About the right candidate:- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, plus 10+ years of project management experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Strong project management skills with an engineering background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced teams.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions.
- English required; Spanish is a plus.
