Job Description

Senior Building Surveyor
  • Mon- Fri (Hybrid is a possibility)
  • 9:00 - 5:30 (Flexible in busy periods)
  • Career progression available
  • Company Pension
  • Immediate Start

Main Duties
  • Commercial, heritage and residential construction designing
  • Dilapidation inspections
  • Building inspections
  • Negotiate with a mixture of parties
Ideal Candidate
  • Full Driving license / own vehicle
  • Strong Knowledge of building regulations, Heritage legislation and Project management
  • MRICS Qualifications (desired)
  • 2 + years' experience within the sector
  • RICS Level 2 (desired)
