Residential Conveyancer (Head of Department), 6+ Years PQE, Shropshire, £85,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to head up a thriving team. JOB REF: 3668.

THE ROLE:
• Provide clear, approachable and values-driven leadership to your team
• Establish objectives and performance standards aligned with the firm’s overall strategy
• Be accountable for departmental fee income, financial performance and profitability
• Lead operational enhancements and oversee change initiatives
• Uphold and continually improve standards of client care
• Deliver strategic business projects and support the firm’s ongoing growth
• Produce regular management information and performance reporting
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and estate agents

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing teams
• Strong commercial awareness with a sound understanding of business performance
• A genuine interest in mentoring, developing people and building high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Drive and ambition to support strategic development and continuous improvement
